I’m no armchair business guru or “think tank” academic —

Sedgefield Advisors Founder, Michael R. Durham

I’m no armchair business guru or “think tank” academic – more like a combat exec with battlefield promotions. From top jobs, it was on to execute mergers, acquisitions and ownership. My purpose now — leverage this experience, expressly for Owners and PE groups. Toward that end, I’m prepared to deliver the top & bottom-line results expected of an interim CEO, COO or Launch Agent.

About Us

PATHWAYS TO SUCCESS

Sedgefield Advisors is a business consulting firm dedicated exclusively to owners of private companies and to private equity firms. We personally have done battle in the corporate trenches, and thus are all too familiar with destructive threats that continually erode pathways to success — failing leadership, key employee losses, organizational structure, product obsolescence, poor efficiencies, supply chain breakdowns and cash flow management.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND

You should know at the outset that we are not ivory tower theorists. Far from it. We are set as boots on the ground executive operators. This means, on site, our process hinges on unwavering leadership and implementation of practical, measurable solutions — a process that analyzes existing business strategies, management teams, product lines, market entries, and other essential initiatives that profitably grow business.
